Most of the time you’re going to find photographers offering you a disc of images and an online gallery for X period of time – it’s usually a pretty short time frame. We all know why period of time is short so I’m not going to get into it.

With our photography, we definitely want to provide you with discs of your images because it’s important to receive them in such a form. Having the DVD gives you options to go anywhere for printing if needed and you can put the disc into your own archives. To go beyond just handing you a disc, what if you wanted to show family or friends your photos? I know what happens: we end up forgetting the disc or photo album at home. This is when our Flat White Cloud is going to come into play!

With each photography booking, we create galleries for the finished photography to be loaded into. The photo included here is from us uploading Heather and Marc’s engagement photography into their gallery. This means that we’re getting close to being able to deliver the images we shot just last Wednesday. The benefits to your, our clients, come when you forget the disc, forget the album, or forget where the disc was put last. You’ll have the benefit of  knowing where the Flat White Cloud is and you’ll know it’s easy to access your images! You have no idea how many times I’ve wanted to have this ability for our wedding photography from last September. I forget where I placed the disc and just kept telling myself I’ll look later.

The “I’ll find it later” is the last thing I want anyone of our clients to have to go through because the photography doesn’t get shared. I want everyone to have quick, simple, and convenient access to their own photography! This makes it easy to share or download at a moments notice. We are looking into another, more graphical display of images for sharing; however, that may take a bit more time to bring to market.

Seriously we want as few headaches as possible because headaches get in the way of having fun! Plus, we get to use Instagram to tease Heather and Marc a little more before delivering their photos to them!

If you know anyone that is looking for a photographer, let them know that we’re available to help out! There is something that’s in it for you when you pass on more awesome clients! Trust us!
